Cub Swimming Event

On Saturday 28th January 2017, 50 cub scouts from 6 different packs met at North Walsham Victory Swimming Pool. The Cubs were put into groups to complete various Swimming Staged Activity badges. Stages 1 and 2 were the most popular, with a couple doing Stage 3 and even Stage 4. The Cubs were all encouraged to reach their goal of attaining the badge and afterwards had fun playing in the water.

After the one hour session had finished, we cleared the pool of all balls, floats, children and adults. The Cubs were given a drink and biscuit on the way out and Leaders will be presenting the young people with their Staged Swimmer badge on their pack night.

Thanks to all leaders that attended but special thanks to Suzanne for organising this popular event.
