Assistant District Commissioner (Programme)

Simon Mobbs has taken up the role as Assistant District Commissioner (Programme) and will work closely with the core district team to manage and support the programme within the district, Simon will be building a team to deliver District events and also support at group level.

Simon brings over 25 years of experience in scouting and is well known within the district which includes his role as the GSL at the 3^rd & 4^th Norwich.

I look forward to working with Simon and the team he puts together to provide the district with an exciting programme and also support within your groups.
